How it works
IMAGE GUIDELINES: Your photos can be old or new original photos or digital files. We can scan original paper photos (large or small). Please email images to graphics@jumpsonline.co.uk . If you need to send originals please post to Jumpsonline Graphics Services, hatchmoor Industrial Estate, Hatherleigh, Devon, EX20 3LP.
FILE FORMATS: We will accept any file format, but for best results we prefer JPG's (please send the largest jpg you have - please do not optimize down).
PHOTO SIZE: The minimum recommended size of your digital images is approximately 500kb. Any size below this can cause pixelation on the canvas print.
IMAGE COPYRIGHT: Anyone submiting images for printing must have authority and permission from the image owner. Any photo taken by professional photographer must have prior approval.
CROPPING: If your original image is landscape (for example) and you wish to have a square canvas, please indicate where you wish the crop to be. If you are happy for our designers to choose the best crop we will email you a proof (please request).
BORDER: If you would like a border left arounf the poster, then please let us know when you send us your photo.
FRAMING: If you would like your photo framed, please contact us for details at graphics@jumpsonline.co.uk
DELIVERY: All orders (within the UK) are delivered free of charge. Customers outside of the UK should contact us for delivery charges. Turnaround for canvas prints is normally 3 - 5 working days from receipt of your image to dispatch.
